For the Bun Cap we recommend a tight, medium-high bun for the best fit and look. The Bun Cap can also be worn as a Euro style cap. Please visit our Style Guide page for more details.

While the Bun Cap fits most, if you have a combination of large volume and a larger head circumference, we'd recommend trying the Ponytail Cap.

The bottom line is that we want to make sure that you’re happy with your Capy. Try your new cap for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We guarantee the Capys you receive to be free of defects and damage, and will gladly exchange/replace them for free should you receive any damage or defective products.
Exchanges: If you'd like an exchange or a replacement for a damaged cap, please reach out to us through our contact page and include your order number and details about your exchange request. If you choose to exchange for a product of different value (higher or lower-priced), we will either send a payment request via email to collect the difference in cost, or refund the cost difference to the original payment method should you choose a lower-priced product to exchange for. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank).
Returns: If Capy isn't quite right for you please visit our returns portal to start your return. Shipping-related fees paid on your order are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged, as we do not receive refunds from the USPS on outbound shipping. While we do not charge restocking fees, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage, which we will email you a return label for.
You will have 30 days to drop off your return with the USPS before your return request is automatically closed. Products must be unworn (aside from being tried on) and returned in original individual packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are not in unworn condition or in original packaging upon inspection. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank).

Wearing your Bun & Ponytail Caps

Tie your hair in medium-high bun at about the level of your ears

I have 5 of the Capy bun caps in various patterns, and was excited when some new cute patterns came out. The "Down Dog" print is absolutely adorable, and the colors are true to the photos on the website. I am a big fan of the slightly stretchy yet durable fabric these caps are made of.

I have only worn this a few times and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! It’s super soft and comfortable. I’ve learned I need to put my bun in the middle of my head for it to have enough space in the front but I have LOTS of hair so this might not be a problem for shorter haired folks. Will be buying more!!
This is the most comfortable and cutest scrub cap ever. It's so soft and sturdy, the quality is excellent and you can tighten the strings to your exact size so it fits like a dream. I will be ordering more of these in the future!
I have 3 scrub caps from Capy and need more because the prints are too cute. This cap holds up amazing after 12+ hours in the OR and even stays put under the head gear for hoods. It’s super light and comfortable I sometimes forget I’m even wearing a scrub cap! An absolute fav, love this brand!
After trying several brands, I finally found Capy that stands out for both comfort and functionality. This scrub cap is made with a super soft, breathable fabric that feels light on, even after hours of wear. No uncomfortable sweaty feeling during long shifts. My hair is hip-length, but the adjustable tie-back ensures a snug yet comfortable fit. I was shocked it fit all of my hair! This cap also has a soft lining that helps it stay in place without causing headaches or discomfort. The fun prints also brighten my day! The stitching is neat and colors are not dull even after washes. Highly recommended!
I got four designs and love them all! They are super cute and soft. I have a long hair (to below shoulder blades) and it fits in the cap perfectly. I like they have a liner with a towel material so that it’ll absorb sweat and won’t show!
These are the best scrub caps! I've tried a couple other brands and this is the only one I've ever worn that doesn't bother my skin/hairline. Best material by far. I actually came back to buy more and figured i would leave a review since i love them so much!
Received the sloth Capy scrub in the mail, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the cap! The cap is extremely soft with breathable fabric. It is stretchy but still holds its support when worn. I have tried other scrub caps before, but this cap is definitely my new favorite. I will be purchasing more in the future as gifts for friends and myself. The designs are also so adorable. The tie for your bun is also easy to manipulate and wear without falling out.
