Shipping policy
Capy is based in Seattle and ships orders from Oklahoma City. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (subtotal).
- Orders under $50: standard shipping is $6.
- Express shipping is available at checkout. The price depends on how many caps you order.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders usually ship within 1 business day.
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, usually by USPS straight to your mailbox. Delivery takes a little longer the farther you are from Oklahoma City.
- Express shipping usually arrives 2 to 3 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are typical, not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing Express at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@yourcapy.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
