About Us

We're Emerly and Stephen, the founders of Capy. We started our small business with a simple goal in mind: to redefine the scrub cap experience.

While Emerly was in her anesthesia residency, we couldn't help but notice a significant gap in the scrub cap market. Where were the caps that offered true comfort, functionality, and style? While modern scrubs were getting a much-needed makeover, existing scrub cap designs seemed stuck in the past.

We were determined to design aesthetic, easy-to-wear caps that moved beyond the unflattering shapes and tacky prints on the market. Our priority was to create a comfortable and stylish solution, especially for those with long hair. 

We poured our hearts into designing a quality cap that we could proudly wear all day. And just like that, Capy was born. While our first few designs were a hit, we soon discovered a passion for creating our own unique patterns. Today, every single new print is hand-drawn by us, so you know a little extra love goes into every single cap.
