What makes Capy different?
We created Capy after coming to the realization no other scrub caps or hats we found on the market met our needs (as resident physician in anesthesia).
Some caps were comfortable and stylish but didn't offer full hair coverage or desirable colors and prints. Others had full coverage and a comfortable fit but looked liked they were designed decades ago (we're looking at you bouffant cap) or felt a little too DIY/homemade.
Capy was created to solve these challenges for good!
Will Capy fit me?
All Capy cap styles are offered in one size and comfortably fit most people with an adaptable fit design and drawstrings to tighten as needed. See our Styling Guide page for measurements on each cap style.
For the Bun Cap, we recommend a medium-high, tight bun for the best fit and look. It will also support smaller ponytails. We recommend trying the Ponytail Cap to those with a combination of large hair volume and either frizzy or curly hair.
Capy offers a 30 day easy and worry-free return policy. Feel free to try our caps and reach out if the fit isn't working out for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Capy currently offers free standard shipping on orders placed over $35 (subtotal). For orders below the minimum, standard ground shipping is $4.95 or you may optionally upgrade to Priority Mail for 2-3 business day delivery time. Cost will vary by location, which you can review during checkout.

When will my Capy order arrive?
You should generally be able to find the best estimated delivery date on each Capy product page near the Add to Cart button. Please note these are not guaranteed delivery windows.
Capy typically packs and fulfills orders same or next day and ships orders with USPS, which delivers Monday through Saturday typically directly to your mailbox.
Capy ships from Seattle, WA so customers on the east coast should expect the longer end of the estimated range.

What if I don't like my Capy?
Capy offers a 30 day worry-free policy.

Do you ship outside of the US?
For the time being, we're focused on serving our domestic US customers and maturing our business and processes. We hope to expand to selling and shipping internationally in the future, so please check back periodically.
