Did I receive a Classic Cap instead of a Bun Cap?
Most likely not! While it's certainly possible, in most cases it's a simple misunderstanding. Our Bun Caps actually look quite similar to our Classics Caps in shape but they are slightly larger in most dimensions and the back is sewn shut to serve as a pocket for your bun. Our Bun Caps are not shaped like the more classic pony tail scrub caps many people are used to - on purpose! Double check your packaging to see if it's labeled Bun Cap to confirm.
We recommend tying your bun at about ear level, placing the cap over your bun, then tying a simple knot in the back first to tighten to your liking before bringing the ties over the bun. See our style guide page for recommended steps on wearing your Bun Cap.
Why are there colored marks on my cap?
We've learned that in a recent batch of our caps, our manufacturing partner left fabric pen marks on some of our caps. These marks should come out with steam from a clothing iron or a steamer, or after your first wash.
Please reach out to us if you're having trouble with this after steaming/washing and we can work with you on an exchange.

I can't find my package. What should I do?
Capy ships with USPS and, in most cases, delivers straight to your mailbox. If you've confirmed that it wasn't left in your mailbox or at your door or front desk, reach out to USPS to confirm the status. Unfortunately, Capy has the same level of tracking information that you see on the shipment tracking page.

Do you ship outside of the US?
