I can't find my package. What should I do?
If it was marked as delivered but you haven't been able to find it, we recommend that you:
- Double-check the shipping address of your order (in your order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
- Check your mailbox, not your front door, if you haven't already.
- Check around your home and with neighbors/front desk/building management who may have received the package for you.
We've noticed that occasionally the USPS marks packages as delivered but takes additional time to deliver (typically 1 to 3 business days). If you've already completed the steps above, we recommend waiting a couple more days to see if makes it to your mailbox a bit late. If it doesn't show up, please use the contact us form above so we can work on a resolution.
Did I receive a Classic Cap instead of a Bun Cap?
Most likely not! While it's certainly possible, in most cases it's a simple misunderstanding. Our Bun Caps actually look quite similar to our Classics Caps in shape but they are slightly larger in most dimensions and the back is sewn shut to serve as a pocket for your bun. Our Bun Caps are not shaped like the more classic pony tail scrub caps many people are used to - on purpose! Double check your packaging to see if it's labeled Bun Cap to confirm.
We recommend tying your bun at about ear level, placing the cap over your bun, then tying a simple knot in the back first to tighten to your liking before bringing the ties over the bun. See our style guide page for recommended steps on wearing your Bun Cap.
When will Capy restock?
We typically restock every 1-2 months. If there's a specific Capy you're waiting on there's a good chance that a new shipment is just a few weeks away. We recommend subscribing for a restock notification on the product page. We'll send you an email alert once it's back in stock here on our site!
Does Capy take custom orders?
Capy does not offer custom products at this point, including button removal, embroidery, or custom prints.
Do you ship outside of the US?
For the time being, we're focused on serving our domestic US customers and maturing our business and processes. We hope to expand to selling and shipping internationally in the future, so please check back periodically. Thanks for your interest in Capy!
