Returns & Exchanges

The bottom line is that we want to make sure that you’re happy with your Capy. Try your new cap for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges: If you'd like an exchange or a replacement for a damaged cap, please reach out to us through our contact page.  

Returns: If Capy isn't quite right for you please visit our returns portal to start your return. Please note, $5 will be deducted on returns to cover return postage. You will have 30 days to drop off your return with the USPS before your return request is automatically closed.
