Returns & Exchanges

The bottom line is that we want to make sure that you’re happy with your Capy. Try your new cap for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We guarantee your Capys to be free of defects and damage, and will gladly exchange/replace them for free should you receive damaged or defective products.

Damaged or defective caps: If you received a damaged or defective cap, please reach out to us through our contact page and include your order number, details and photos showing the damage or defect. 

Returns & Exchanges: For general (non-damage related) returns or exchanges, please visit our returns & exchange portal

Returns: Shipping-related fees are non-refundable. $5.50 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, which you'll receive an emailed return label for. Products must be unworn (aside from being tried on) and returned in their original individual packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct from the refund amount if products are not in unworn condition or missing their original packaging. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank). 

Exchanges: Our current returns and logistics platform does not support direct exchanges. You will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the products you want to exchange for. If you select 'Store credit' as your return option, the $5 return fee is waived and you may be eligible for bonus credit on your return. The store credit will be granted after items are received and processed. 

You will have 30 days to drop off your return with the USPS before your request is automatically closed.
