Returns & Exchanges

The bottom line is that we want to make sure that you’re happy with your Capy. Try your new cap for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We guarantee the Capys you receive to be free of defects and damage, and will gladly exchange/replace them for free should you receive any damage or defective products.

Exchanges: If you'd like an exchange or a replacement for a damaged cap, please reach out to us through our contact page and include your order number and details about your exchange request. If you choose to exchange for a product of different value (higher or lower-priced), we will either send a payment request via email to collect the difference in cost, or refund the cost difference to the original payment method should you choose a cheaper product to exchange for. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank). 

Returns: If Capy isn't quite right for you please visit our returns portal to start your return. Shipping-related fees paid on your order are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged, as we do not receive refunds from the USPS on outbound shipping. While we do not charge restocking fees, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage, which we will email you a return label for. 

You will have 30 days to drop off your return with the USPS before your return request is automatically closed. Products must be unworn (aside from being tried on) and returned in original individual packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are not in unworn condition or in original packaging upon inspection. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank).
