Bun Cap: Taro

Capy Bundle discount will apply automatically at checkout when you have 3 or more caps in your cart. Bundle discount cannot be stacked with other discounts.

For the Bun Cap we recommend a tight, medium-high bun for the best fit and look. The Bun Cap can also be worn as a Euro style cap.

While the Bun Cap fits most, if you have a combination of large volume and a larger head circumference, we'd recommend trying the Ponytail Cap.

Capy is based in Seattle but fulfills orders from Oklahoma City to more efficiently reach customers across the US. 

Shipping Costs: Free shipping is currently offered on orders of $50 or more (subtotal) and is typically sent via USPS Ground directly to your mailbox. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $6.

Processing & Handling Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 business day. 

Transit Speeds: The estimated delivery dates listed on our product pages are estimates for informational purposes and are not guarantees.

Ground: Typically 3-6  business days from the time it is received by the carrier (e.g. USPS, FedEx, etc.). Generally speaking, the further away your shipping address is from OKC, the longer the delivery will take. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend an upgrade to Express. 

Express: Typically 2-3 business days from the time it is received by the carrier. Express Shipping prices vary (based on the number of caps) and is calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping: Capy currently only ships to the United States. 

The bottom line is that we want to make sure that you’re happy with your Capy. Try your new cap for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We guarantee your Capys to be free of defects and damage, and will gladly exchange/replace them for free should you receive damaged or defective products.

Damaged or defective caps

If you received a damaged or defective cap, please reach out to us through our contact page and include your order number, details and photos showing the damage or defect. 

Returns 

For general (non-damage related) returns, please visit our returns portal. 

Shipping-related fees are non-refundable. $6.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, which you'll receive an emailed return label for. Products must be unworn (aside from being tried on) and returned in their original individual packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct from the refund amount if products are not in unworn condition or missing their original packaging. Please allow up to 10 days for processing (varies by credit card and bank). 

Capy Bundle returns: If 1 to 2 caps from a Capy Bundle (3 Capys) are returned, we will refund 50% of the first returned cap and a full refund for the second cap. 

Exchanges

Our current returns and logistics platform does not support direct exchanges. You will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the products you want to exchange for. If you select 'Store credit' as your return option, the return shipping fee is waived and you may be eligible for bonus credit on your return. The store credit will be granted and emailed after items are received and processed. 

You will have 30 days to drop off your return with the USPS before your request is automatically closed. 

Solid colors:

• 78% polyester
• 18% rayon
• 4% spandex

Graphic prints:

• 95% polyester
• 5% spandex

Turn cap inside out and machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat and iron or steam as needed. Do not dry clean.
